INFINITY LAW CHAMBERS focuses on providing its expertise in handling arbitrations and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) such as mediation and conciliation to broad range of industries and business sector such as Banking & Finance, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure & Projects, Construction & Engineering, Power & Energy, matters arising out of Joint Ventures, Shareholders Agreement and General Commercial transactions etc. We aim at offering our clients a private, quick way to settle contractual disputes, so that business can carry on as usual and all parties can get a fair outcome.   • Conducting domestic arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 and ICA rules.
  • Conducting international commercial arbitration under ICC Rules of Arbitration.

  • Filing appropriate applications seeking stay of proceedings brought in breach of arbitration clauses.
  • Enforcement of arbitration award including both domestic and foreign awards.
  • Drafting and filing appropriate petitions challenging arbitration award including domestic and foreign awards.
  • Drafting and filing suit seeking anti-arbitration injunction.
  • Providing domestic ad-hoc Arbitration services.
  • Providing Domestic Institutional Arbitration services.
  • Advising clients on conciliation and mediation matters.
  • Advising clients on alternative dispute resolution laws and procedures.
